IMPORTANT NOTICE/Sump Pump Inspections

All properties within Gilbert, Sparta and Genoa must have an inspection scheduled by December 31, 2021, to ensure there is no improper connection to the City’s sanitary sewer per Gilbert City Code 53.04.  There is no charge to resident for the inspection.  Call 612-270-1552 to schedule your inspection.

• Non-compliant inspections have two (2) years to bring system to compliant.
• Properties that fail to schedule an inspection by December 31, 2021, will be charged $100 penalty for each month that no inspection is completed.  This monthly charge will continue until an inspection is completed.
